The "The Wiggle and Waggle" is in my opinion, yoga's "magic bullet." It is the one most important yoga exercise that I personally practice each day and I recommended it as presented below, or modified to all of my students regardless of health. The logic behind the "standing torso stretch" is explored throughout the first section of my website, The Mechanics of Yoga.
